Modern and innovative training for greater well-being and mobility. The perfect solution for all ages to regain more mobility and muscle strength. EMS personal training is personalised to you and takes up just 1-2 x 20 minutes of your time per week!

Depending on your needs, we will train with you in 1:1 personal training sessions once or twice a week. You don’t feel like training alone and would rather train with your partner or a friend? – No problem, we can also offer you a double training session, as our innovative technology makes us flexible.

We also offer solutions for different goals:
  • back to more mobility & less pain in the joints
  • muscle building & more performance
  • Loss fat & healthy weight loss
  • or simply to stay fit & have fun

No matter which option you choose, we will find the optimal solution and focus on your well-being.

What do you have to be prepared for and how do we organise the training?

You should plan around 40 minutes per appointment, as we only offer EMS training in combination with a small round of mobility training, because our joints and the associated mobility are at least as important as maintaining our muscles. In addition, every customer is important and we are happy to take time for each of you!

EMS training process:

  • 5 minutes to change (we will provide you with everything you need to train)
  • 10 Minutes Mobility
  • 20 Minutes EMS Training
  • 5 Minutes Relax & change again (you can also take a few more minutes for this) 😉
