Where it all started
It all began almost two years ago, when we turned our hobby into our profession and helped you to become more mobile in a small, fine studio, with lots of fun and friends. Here we found our calling, but not every chapter lasts forever and yes, there are already a few fitness studios here and some of them are very good! But they are just classic fitness studios and we like the personal touch and the fact that we train with each of you individually. In addition, most fitness studios are mainly young people who want to keep fit, get in shape for a bikini or generally build muscle. That's not wrong at first, quite the opposite - exercise in every way is great. But what do you do if you are over 50, for example? Your shoulder hurts, your back is stiff... you feel pain here and there. You know you have to do something for your body, but you may not feel so good, surrounded by all those people, and above all, you sometimes don't know how to go about it to get results. And it was precisely these thoughts from friends, family and acquaintances that gave rise to the idea for this studio!


The idea and vision
Full gyms, mostly younger people... You don't really want to go there, do you? This raises the question of how to get started and what to do in the first place! And if all that isn't enough... how should you lift weights with an artificial hip or knee joint or a stiffened spine? Perhaps there are even more issues to be addressed. That's why we thought about it and came to the conclusion that there are hardly any offers for older people. And after a lot of planning and consideration, we are now here, exactly for that and exactly (predominantly) for people who want to go through life pain-free and with good mobility, even in old age! Of course, everyone and at any age is very welcome at our studio and we look forward to working with you to ensure more mobility!
